🛍️ What Can Be Returned?
✔️ Apparel, Shoes & Accessories
We accept returns on these items within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
❌ Furniture, Nursery Decor, Lighting & Electric Items
Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, not working, or not as described.
To apply:
- You must provide clear photo or video proof of the damage/issue for approval.
👗 Made-to-Order Gowns
Items from the Gowns section are custom-made.
- Refunds are only issued in case of a quality issue or damage.
- Please ensure accurate measurements are provided at the time of ordering.
🔁 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at contact@kidbabyz.com within 10 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Our support team will provide return instructions and the return address.
📦 Do not return items to the address on the package — we will provide the correct return address via email.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your courier charges.
- For all other return reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Intimate items (if applicable)
- Used, damaged, or altered products

🧾 Refund Exceptions
We may refuse a refund if:
- The product is not in its original condition
- It doesn’t meet our return policy terms
In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
⏱️ Late or Missing Refunds
All refunds are processed via your original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank, or PayPal).
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your PayPal or bank account.
- If still pending, contact PayPal or your bank/credit card provider, as processing may take time.

🔄 Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item:
- The process is the same as a return.
- Once the original item is returned and inspected, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
