Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it right away.

⏳ Please note: Processing may vary slightly depending on product type and availability.
🌍 SHIPPING TIME
Orders are shipped directly from our domestic and international warehouse partners.
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 weeks, depending on location, product origin, and customs clearance.
Delays can occasionally occur during high-volume seasons or due to customs procedures, but we’re always here to help track your order.
📦 MULTIPLE PACKAGES?
Yes — your items may arrive separately.
This happens when:
- Items are stocked at different warehouses
- An item is on backorder or ships faster individually
We prioritize speed, so we ship items as they’re ready — which might mean separate deliveries with slight time gaps.
🔎 TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped:
- We’ll email you a tracking number or tracking link
- It may take a few days for tracking data to update, especially for international shipments

❌ WANT TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
We get it — things change.
If you wish to cancel:
- Email us at contact@kidbabyz.com within 24 hours of placing the order
- If your order is still processing (not yet shipped), we’ll do our best to cancel it
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you may return it after delivery under our return policy
Please note: We cannot guarantee cancellations after 24 hours, but we’ll always try to assist.
📬 STUCK OR LOST PACKAGES?
We insure every shipment.
If your order is:
- Stuck at customs
- Returned to sender
- Lost during delivery
…we’ll either resend your item with tracked shipping or issue a refund (once the package is returned to us). Just reach out and we’ll assist right away.

Please note:

- Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations
